I've had this recipe for so many years, I have no idea where I got it. This is a delicious bread but it is really a desert. So good!

Ingredients For hawaiian bread

3 1/2 cpineapple, crushed with juice

3 ccoconut

4eggs, slightly beaten

1 1/2 csugar

4 call purpose flour

2 tspsalt

2 tspbaking soda

1 jarmaraschino cherries, chopped
How To Make hawaiian bread

1In a large bowl mix pineapple with juice, coconut, cherries, eggs and sugar together. Add flour, salt, and baking soda, mix well. Use spoon to mix, do not use an electric mixer.

2Pour into 2(two) well greased loaf pans.

3Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick in center comes out clean. Cool in pans about 10 minutes, remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.

4When completely cool wrap in foil and refrigerate.
