Ingredients For hawaiian banana bread

2 cflour

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspground ginger

1/2 tspnutmeg

3/4 csugar

1/4 coil
-
1/4 csour cream

2eggs

2medium ripe bananas, mashed

1 Tbspvanilla
-
1 can8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cchopped macadamia nuts

1/2 cflaked coconut
How To Make hawaiian banana bread

1Combine flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and ginger in a bowl and stir with a whisk to combine. Set aside.

2Place sugar, oil, sour cream and eggs in another bowl and beat at medium speed until blended (1 minute). Add banana, vanilla and pineapple. Mix until blended.

3Add flour mixture and mix until just moist.

4Stir in macadamia nuts and coconut.

5Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan and cool completely.
