Ingredients For greek honey dipped cakes

1 cbutter, room temperature

1 csugar

1 tspvanilla

7 cflour

1 Tbspcinnamon

2egg yolks

1/4 choney, heated

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspcloves (optional)
How To Make greek honey dipped cakes

1Mix all ingredients together. The dough should be just soft enough to roll into small balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

2When cookies are bakes, heat 2 lbs. of honey and 1/2 cup water in saucepan and dip cookies in honey and roll in finely chopped nuts.
