Ingredients For grace's egg nog bread

2 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 cup sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar.

2teasps nutmeg

1cup -2 cups thick and rich egg nog

1/4 cup olive oil [will keep bread moister longer

dry oats on top[once in pan.] span 2 loaf pans with pam

pre-heat oven to 350

add three large egg yolkes.

1 1/2 teasp vanilla

2 teasps immitation rum [optional but i love using it]

batter should not be thin. if it is [always keep cake flour on hand for such a thing as this lol been there to] add 1 teasp cake flour at a time til batter is thicker.
How To Make grace's egg nog bread

1SIFT FLOUR. PLACE IN MIXING BOWL[LARGE] ALONG WITH SUGARS AND BLEND WELL. ADD VANILLA AND RUM AND BLEND WELL. ADD EGGYOLKES 1 AT A TIME STIRRING AFTER EACH ONE TIL ALL IS BLENDED WELL. ADD DRY INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING. 1 SMALL- 1 LARGE BOX [IF U MAKE 2 LOAFS]

2ADD OIL AND BLEND WELL. THEN ADD THICH[MUST BE THE THICK EGG NOG ITS RICHER AND HOLDS WITH BATTER BETTER THAN THIN EGG NOG] BLEND WELL

3SPRAY 2 LOAF PANS WITH PAM AND POUR BATTER INTO EACH ONE 2/3 FROM TOP. THEN SPRINKLE ABOUT A HANDFUL OF DRY OATMEAL ON TOP EACH LOAF

4PLACE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN [350] FOR 45-50 MINS TIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.

5OPTIONAL OPIT OATS AND TAKE 11/2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR ADD 1/2- 1/3 STICK SOFTENED BUTTER. BLEND WELL. ADD 1 TEASP VANILLA AND 1 TEASP IMMITATION RUM. BLEND WELL ADD ABOUT 1 TEASP NUTMEG BLEND WELL

6ADD A LITTLE AT A TIME THE THICK AND RICH EGG NOG AND STIR WHILE DOING SO TIL IT IS SMOOTH AND CREAMY AND SPREADABLE

7WHILE WARM CAREFULLY REMOVE BREAD FROM LOAF PAN. AND DRIZZLE FROSTING ON TOP. ITS OK IF IT RUNS DOWN SIDES ECT.... THATS WHAT ITS SOPPOSE TO DO. SERVE. WHILE WARM WITH SCOOP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM
