Warm bread out of the bread machine is one of my family's simple pleasures. I like to make this Pumpkin Yeast Bread on cold, rainy days. With butter spread on it's warm slices, my family couldn't be happier!

Ingredients For favorite pumpkin yeast bread (machine)

1/2 cplus 2 tablespoons of water. (70 - 80 degrees)

1/2 ccanned pumpkin

1/4 csoft butter or margarine

1/4 cinstant dry milk powder

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2to 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg (your liking)

3/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspground ginger

2 3/4 cbread flour (i have also used all purpose flour)

1 pkgactive dry yeast

1Place in order of manufacturer's directions. Choose crust color.
