fantastic zucchini bread
This is the best zucchini recipe that I have ever eaten. It is moist with a fantastic flavor. I took the picture of warm zucchini bread with 2 slices taken off because my husband and I couldn't wait for it to cool! It is the best way to use up those zucchinis.

3/4 coil

1 3/4 csugar

2 tspvanilla extract

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1 ccrushed pineapple (drained)

3 lgeggs

2 cgrated zucchini

3 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1/2 cmarachino cherries (chopped)
How To Make fantastic zucchini bread

1Cream sugar and eggs, add oil, mix well then add vanilla.

2Sift dry ingredients, add to egg mixture a little at a time.

3Stir in zucchini, pineapple, and cherries. Mix well.

4Bake in 2 greased and floured 9x5x4" bread pans at 325* for 55 minutes. (Time may vary oven to oven so just bake them till nicely browned)
