An older cousin of mine shared this recipe years ago. It has become a traditional recipe pulled out every fall!!

Ingredients For easy pumpkin bread

3 call purpose flour
-
4 lgeggs
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
2 tspcinnamon

1/2 cnuts, chopped (i use pecans od black walnuts.)

2 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

1 1/2 cvegetable oil
How To Make easy pumpkin bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 2 loaf pans with non stick spray.

2Cream sugar, oil, and eggs. Add dry ingredients and pumpkin. Add chopped nuts. Mix well.

3Divide evenly between prepared loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. When done baking turn out of loaf pans after 5 minutes and cool completely. May be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen up to two weeks.
