This is my go-to-recipe Banana Nut Bread I have been using for years. I have a good friend whose husband won't eat any other, but she sometimes loses the recipe and has to ask me for it. I'm posting it here in JAP so she can find it easier.

Ingredients For cream cheese banana nut bread

18-oz package cream cheese (softened)

1 csugar
-
2eggs, slightly beaten
-
2ripe bananas, mashed
-
2 cpackaged biscuit mix
-
1/2 cchopped nuts (i like walnuts)

1/2 csemisweet chocolate (optional)
How To Make cream cheese banana nut bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease and flour 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

3Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

4Beat in eggs and banana.

5Stir in biscuit mix just until moistened.

6Stir in nuts and/or chocolate pieces, if desired.

7Pour batter into prepared pan.

8Bake for 60-65 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. If necessary, loosely cover with foil the last 15 minutes of baking to prevent over browning.

9Remove from pan and cool completely.
