crazy for banana bread

I've always enjoyed banana bread and never really could find a recipe that satisfied my cravings. So like most of you out there, I just made up my own and have been making this for years now. I do have a pumpkin bread variation I will post next. I'm sure you all know but it is always best to use over-ripe bananas for best flavor.

Ingredients For crazy for banana bread

1/2 cbutter

1/2 cwhite sugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

2eggs

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 Tbspcinnamon

1 tspnutmeg

3bananas
How To Make crazy for banana bread

1Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour a 9x5 inch pan

2Cream butter and sugar 'til smooth, beat in the eggs, mash banana and add to mixture. Add vanilla and mix. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.

3bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on your oven. When toothpick or knife comes out clean, it's done. Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
