Ingredients For crazy corn souffle

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 box
    jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can
    creamed corn (16 ounce can)
  • 2
    eggs
  • 8 oz
    sour cream

How To Make crazy corn souffle

    Preheat oven to 350°.



    Melt the butter in a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch casserole dish.

    Beat the remaining ingredients with a hand mixer, pour them in the casserole dish, add some black pepper on top. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until center is set.
