Ingredients For cranberry-pumpkin bread

  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 4 c
    sugar
  • 4 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 4 c
    cranberries, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make cranberry-pumpkin bread

  • 1
    Combine eggs, pumpkin and oil. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add cranberries and mix well. Pour into two loaf greased pans. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
