I love cranberry orange bread, and zuchinni bread so I decided to try and combine them both.. this is it! Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients For cranberry orange zuchinni bread

    eggs
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange extract
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 3 c
    peeled, grated, zuchinni
  • 3 c
    healthy heart bisquick
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped

How To Make cranberry orange zuchinni bread

    Preheat oven to 325* In a mixing bowl, combine first 7 ingredients and mix well.

    fold in zuchinni, and add bisquick a little at a time stirring well. Fold in cranberries and walnuts last.

    Place mixture into 2 loaf pans, and bake approx. 45 min. to 1 hour.. depending on your oven.. toothpick in the middle should come out clean... Enjoy!!
