This is a fabulous that has a nice citric taste. I don't get to make this very often because of where I live does not have fresh cranberries except for the winter season but when I do, it does not stick around long

Ingredients For cranberry orange bread

1/4 cbutter, softened

1 csugar

1egg

1 tspgrated orange peel

2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

3/4 corange juice

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 cchopped fresh cranberries

1 cchopped walnuts
How To Make cranberry orange bread

1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and orange peel.

2Combine the dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with juice. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Pour into a greased 9"x5" loaf pan.

3Bake at 350* for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

4Orange Glaze: Combine orange juice and confectioners sugar until a glaze is formed. Serve with warm bread
