cranberry orange bread
I have had this recipe for a couple of years ,it came with a set of mini loaf pans ,my best friend sent me .I often bake it in 8 or 9 inch loaf pans just remember to adjust the timing ..I do not grease my pans I use a spray I order from King Arthur Flour ,it leaves no residue on pans and does not leave a greasy taste .

2/3 cbutter (softened)

1 1/2 csugar

3 Tbsporange juce

2 Tbspgrated orange zest

4large eggs

3 call-purpose flour

2 tspbaking power

2 tspsalt

1 cmilk
-
2 cdried cranberries
How To Make cranberry orange bread

1In a mixing bowl ,cream the butter ,sugar ,orange juice and zest .Add the eggs one at a time ,beating well after each addition .

2Combine the flour ,baking power and salt ;added to the creamed mixture alternately with milk .Stir in Cranberries

3Pour in to 4 mini loaf pans .Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center come out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire rack.
