This recipe has been a big favorite at my house. For many Christmases, we've made loaves as presents. Got rave reviews! Hope you will enjoy it!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This delicious and moist banana bread will make a wonderful gift at the holidays ... if you don't eat it all first. This bread is not overly sweet. We loved the cranberry/banana combination. The tart cranberries add a pop of flavor you don't always get with banana bread. Plus, your kitchen smells wonderful while this bakes.

Set oven at 350 degrees. Combine the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
  • Folding nuts into the batter.

I can hardly wait to get it out of the pan before cutting into it and then slathering it with butter! It cuts cleaner and thinner if you can wait until it is completely cool.
