Ingredients For cranapana bread

  • 2 1/2 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1 c
    chopped cranberries
  • 1
    peeled, cored and chopped apple
  • 1 banana
    peeled and mashed

How To Make cranapana bread

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.

    In a medium bowl, stir together the flour and sugar. Add the oil, milk and eggs, mix well until blended. Stir in the cranberries, bananas, and apples. Mix until fruit is evenly distributed. Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven until a toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean.
