THIS IS MY VERSION OF CORNBREAD ADAPTED FROM MY SISTERS CORN BREAD USING JIFFY. I'VE USED A COMMERCIAL CORNBREAD MIX. MY CHURCH LOVES THIS! IT IS SORT OF A BLEND OF SPOON BREAD AND CORN BREAD. ITS VERY MOIST AND SWEET.

    34 OZ cornbread mix 4 CUPS sour cream 16 eggs 2 CUPS oil 3 CUPS sugar 60 OZ. cream style corn

    SPRAY LONG FULL PAN. MIX AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 35 - 45 MINUTES UNTIL CENTER IS DONE. CUT INTO 32 PORTIONS (8 BY 4)
