Ingredients For coconut pineapple bread

  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 8 oz
    can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 tsp
    almond extract
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 2/3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 c
    coconut
  • 1/3 c
    milk

How To Make coconut pineapple bread

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375 Grease two loaf pans and line with wax paper. Mix egg, sugar and margarine.

    Stir in almond extract and pineapple. Add rest of ingredients and mix. (Add milk, a little at a time, while mixing.)

    Divide batter between the two prepared pans and bake for 45 minutes. Cool & eat!
