1/2 cbutter, softened

1 csugar

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

2 tspcoconut flavoring

2 cflour

3 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 csour cream

1 ccoconut flakes
How To Make coconut loaf

1In a medium size mixing bowl cream butter with sugar.

2Add eggs and flavorings and mix well.

3In another bowl mix dry ingredients.

4Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream. Fold in coconut.

5Pour batter into a greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees oven.

6Remove from oven , let cool for 10 minutes , then remove from pan.
