Ingredients For coconut bread

mix together:

4eggs
-
1 coil
-
2 tspcoconut flavoring

2 csugar

in another bowl, mix together

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

3 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt

glaze:
-
1 csugar
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 tspcoconut flavoring

2 tspbutter
How To Make coconut bread

1Alternately mix together the dry ingredients into the sugar mixture with 1 cup buttermilk. Then add 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 325, for 50 minutes.

2For Glaze: Boil mixture exactly 5 minutes. Pour over baked bread. Let it sit for 4 hours.
