How To Make cinnamon roll cutting tip

1A tip on cutting cinnamon rolls. Once you have the roll made and you are ready to slice, put away the knife. Instead reach for UNFLAVORED dental floss. Take a good 18" piece of dental floss, scoot the middle under the roll and line it up with where you want to slice. Keeping the floss straight and perpendicular to the roll, switch the two ends of the floss. Take the right end in your left hand and vice versa. Then pull steady and down and it will slice right through the dough without squishing it.
