I have tried many Cinnamon/Raisin Bread recipes and none have come out as good as the one I finally created myself. This Is not my photo but looks almost as good as the one I baked before I ate it! ENJOY!

Ingredients For cinnamon raisin bread for the bread machine

1 cwater

3 Tbspbutter

3 cflour

3 Tbspsugar

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbspcinnamon

2 tspvegetable oil

1 pkgyeast + 1/2 teaspoon more (i used quick rise)

3/4 craisins
-
1/2 ccorn syrup (i used light)
How To Make cinnamon raisin bread for the bread machine

1Add all the ingredients in order given EXCEPT the oil, raisins and cinnamon. I sprayed my pan with non-stick spray because my pan has a habit of sticking.

2Mix the oil and cinnamon very well.

3Add the cinnamon mixture and the raisins AFTER the second kneading in the machine. I did not add the ingredients after the "add in" beep. I waited until after the second knead. The third knead mixed it nicely and it had a nice swirl of cinnamon in it.

4Bake on the "Sweet Bread" setting.
