This has been a favorite Taste of Home recipe that we all love. I initially made it trying to find a new way to get a hidden veggie into our oldest son who hates his vegetables and it worked! I hope you love it as much as we do. I just love the hint of cinnamon and cocoa it gives off when baking, very yummy smelling :)

Ingredients For chocolate zucchini bread

2 csugar

1 coil

3eggs

3 tspvanilla extract

2 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 cbaking cocoa

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspbaking powder

2 cshredded peeled zucchini
How To Make chocolate zucchini bread

1In a large bowl, beat the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until well blended.

2Combine the flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder; gradually beat into sugar mixture until blended. Stir in zucchini.

3Transfer to two 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pans coated with cooking spray.

4Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
