I made these loaves on a saturday and by Monday we only had a 1/2 a loaf left, that's a good sign.

Ingredients For chocolate banana loaves

5eggs

1 1/4 ccanola oil

5soft ripe banana's, mashed well

2 cflour

2 csugar

1 lgpackage chocolate cook and serve pudding (instant)

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cghirardeli mini semi sweet morsels

1 tspflour mixed in to the morsels so they won't sink to bottom of loaf
How To Make chocolate banana loaves

1Preheat your oven to 325F. Grease with crisco the insides of your 2 8x4 loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, oil, & mashed banana's.

2In another medium size bowl mix your flour, sugar, chocolate pudding mix, soda and salt. Slowly beat into your banana mixture. Have your floured mini morsels ready to now add in to your mixture and fold those in by hand, blend slightly.

3Pour mixture into your two loaf pans evenly. Bake in your preheated oven for 50 minutes or until a tooth inserted in middle comes out clean. You could frost these, but we like them just fine without. I cut them up into squares and have them with my morning coffee, my bad! 8)
