My nieces and nephews love waffles and chocolate, So for Christmas, I was thinking of making there breakfast easy and fast.. and it was a hit. Making it again this Christmas...

Ingredients For choco waffles in a jar

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 6 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    mini chocolate chips

How To Make choco waffles in a jar

    In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. In a med jar, add the ingredients in this layer, 1/3 of chip on bottom of jar, 1 cup of flour mixture and so on until jar is filled.

    Add at recipes card, Christmas ribbon for a nice decoration.

    On card, write of type the following: Stir in milk, oil and egg yolks until mixture is smooth. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into batter. .

    Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden; serve hot. Top with chips and whip cream..
