I have this recipe from a family cookbook, I believe the lady who gets credit is named Debbie. I cut back on the amounts of nuts I use, but it is still very good this way!!

3 tspbaking powder

1/4 cmaraschino cherry juice

3 Tbspoil

1 cmaraschino cherries

1 csugar
-
2eggs
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1/4 Tbspalmond flavoring

1/2 cchopped nuts
How To Make cherry nut loaf

1Put dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2Beat in the eggs, milk, cherry juice, oil and almond flavoring; beat until smooth.

3Cut the cherries in half and stir into the mixture with the chopped nuts.

4Bake at 350* for about one hour.
