3ripe bananas

1/2 cinternational delight caramel macchiato creamer

1/2 ccanola oil
-
2 lgeggs
-
2/3 csugar
-
2 Tbspinstant coffee granules
-
2 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspcinnamon (plus a pinch or two for yumminess)

1/2 tspsalt
- CARAMEL GLAZE

6 Tbspsalted butter
-
6 Tbsppacked brown sugar

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make caramel macchiato banana bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9”x 5” loaf pan with cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add coffee creamer, oil, eggs, sugar and coffee granules. Mix well.

3In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add dry mixture to the banana mixture and mix well.

4Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until it tests done with a toothpick. I start checking after 50 minutes. Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes then remove.

5Now while loaf is cooling, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the brown sugar and vanilla. Stir. Keep stirring… and bring to a boil. Keep stirring and reduce to simmer for 3 minutes. Let cool it will thicken as it cools. If it is already thick just pour over the loaf now. Once the glaze has set ENJOY!
