My kids love this recipe. You can also use different flavors of pudding too. Vanilla is really good also. recipe is easy enough for kids to make too.

Ingredients For butterscotch monkey bread

  • 1/2 c
    pecans
  • 2 pkg
    15 oz frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make butterscotch monkey bread

    In a greased Bundt cake pan, sprinkle pecans in bottom. Layer dough balls on top of nuts. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over dough balls. Set aside.

    In a saucepan on top of stove, mix together brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until butter is melted. Pour over dough balls.

    Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
