Although I wish it had some more butterscotch flavor, this sweet bread turned out really good...and it's healthy! By the way, if it doesn't come refrigerated, it's not real juice/cider. Use the good stuff.

    instant sugar-free butterscotch pudding
  • 1 c
    milk, skim
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 3 c
    whole grain flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 3/4 c
    100% apple juice, unsweetened

How To Make butterscotch apple bread

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and apple juice. Mix until well combined.
