This is a mixture of a few recipes that I've made before. It really has the texture and taste of a brownie but it has a healthy vegetable. So why not indulge in a chocolaty treat while you eat healthy!

Ingredients For brownie zucchini bread

2 1/4 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

2 csugar
-
3/4 ccocoa, unsweetened

1 tspvanilla

3 lgeggs

1 cmilk
-
1 cvegetable oil

2 czucchini, shredded

1/2-1 cmini chocolate chips

pinchsalt
How To Make brownie zucchini bread

1Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Add vanilla and oil to this mixture.

2In a separate bowl,mix flour, baking powder, and cocoa.

3Alternatively add, to the beaten egg mixture, the flour mixture and milk.

4Divide the batter into two loaf pans. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of the batter. Bake in a 335 degree oven for 1 hour and ten minutes. Enjoy! It's so good!
