3 Tbspbrown sugar

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/4 capple juice

1 lbham steak about 1 inch thick
- BREAD

3 ca/p flour

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 capplesauce
-
3/4 cwhite sugar

3/4 cbrown sugar

2eggs beaten
-
1 tspvanilla

2 capples chopped into small pieces

1 craisins
-
1/4 choney
How To Make breakfast bread

1Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease or line two bread pans. Mix together the ingredients to cook the ham in. Brown sugar and cinnamon and apple juice and pour into a skillet large enough to cook the ham. Brown the ham and let the syrup get a little sticky on the ham.

2Remove the ham and let it cool.

3Sift together the a/p flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, white sugar. Set aside.

4Combine the applesuace brown sugar eggs vanilla and chopped apples honey and raisins. Set aside

5Dice the ham.

6Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and sprinkle the diced ham over the top of the two loaves and with a spoon press into the bread. Bake for 50 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.

7Let cool and run a knife around the edge of the pan to release the bread.
