best ever apple cinnamon bread

I love baking this bread in the fall. When there's a nip in the air and the leaves are falling, I like to sit on the porch with a big ole' slice with some coffee and enjoy the peacefulness of Autumn. This bread is super moist and great for any occasion. Enjoy!

Ingredients For best ever apple cinnamon bread

  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    real unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 /12 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 1/4 c
    raisins (optional)
  • 1
    large apple peeled and finely diced

How To Make best ever apple cinnamon bread

    Pre-heat oven 340*- Mix butter and granulated sugar until smooth. In a separate small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar together and set aside.

    Mix in eggs and vanilla beating on medium speed until incorporated.

    add in flour, baking powder and mil and mix until combined.

    In a greased and floured 9X5 loaf pan, pour in half of the batter. Sprinkle half of the apples on top, then half of the raisins, and then half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture. Pour the rest of the batter on top and repeat the steps above. Using the back of a wooden spoon, press the toppings down lightly. Bake for approximately 45 mins. Give or take a few. Check with toothpick at 40 mins.
