This was my Grandma's recipe and She an I absolutely loved it she has now past and I love this recipe even more now. It is very good anytime, but even better then fresh out of the oven hot and a slice of butter spread over the top. Yummy!!!!

Ingredients For best bannana bread ever

1 ccooking oil

2 1/2 cflour
-
1 1/2 cmashed bannanas

1 tspvanilla, almond is also very good too

2 csugar
-
3 mdeggs
-
1/2 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make best bannana bread ever

1In a bowl add one T. Vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let stand.

2In a large bowl: combine all ingredients, except the Vinegar/Milk mixture.

3Add 2 tsp. backing soda to mil mix, then add to other ingredients.

4Once everything has been well incorporated dump into per-greaced loaf pans and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
