Ingredients For bea's banana nut bread

  • 1 1/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    splenda no calorie sweetener, granulated
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1
    pinch salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1/3 c
    reduced fat buttermilk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c
    mashed bananas
  • 1/4 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda

How To Make bea's banana nut bread

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick ccoking spray. Set aside.

    Blend the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.

    Add your oil, buttermilk, vanilla to the mashed bananas. Mix it well. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until mixed.

    Add chopped walnuts. Stir until mixed well.

    Pour your batter mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven 350 degree oven 45-55 min or until rich brown and the center is set. Serve warm or cooled. Serve with your favorite icecream if you like.
