How To Make banana pineapple coconut bread

1In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in banana, pineapple and coconut flakes.

2Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture.

3Spoon into a lightly greased loaf pan (8" x 4" x 2"). Baked at 350 degree for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to a wire rack.
