I got this recipe from "A Taste of Home~5 ingredient cookbook". A yellow cake mix streamlines assembly of the moist golden bread. This recipe makes two loaves of bread that are so good and easy to make. They remind me of "Otis Spunkmeyer~Banana Nut Muffins"

    yellow cake mix (18-1/4 ounces)
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make banana nut bread~so easy

    In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and milk.

    Add bananas; beat on meduim speed for 2 minutes.

    Stir in Pecans

    Pour into two greased 2-in x 4-in x 2-in loaf pans.

    Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Can freeze loaves for up to 3 months.
