I got this recipe from "A Taste of Home~5 ingredient cookbook". A yellow cake mix streamlines assembly of the moist golden bread. This recipe makes two loaves of bread that are so good and easy to make. They remind me of "Otis Spunkmeyer~Banana Nut Muffins"

1 pkgyellow cake mix (18-1/4 ounces)

1egg

1/2 cmilk

1 cmashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)

1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make banana nut bread~so easy

1In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and milk.

2Add bananas; beat on meduim speed for 2 minutes.

3Stir in Pecans

4Pour into two greased 2-in x 4-in x 2-in loaf pans.

5Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

6Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Can freeze loaves for up to 3 months.
