Ingredients For banana nut bread

  • 2 lg
    banana's
  • 2 md
    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts (optional)

How To Make banana nut bread

  • 1
    mash banana's set to side. beat eggs and sugar, add oil and banana's mix well.

    mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt then add banana, egg, sugar and oil mixture, stir in vanilla and milk mix well. stir in walnuts.

    pour into greased and floured bread pan and bake at 325 to 350 degrees depending on oven for 50 to 60 minutes and toothepick comes out clean. cool on wire rack. * double recipe for two loaves
