1 1/2 csugar (natural is best)

1 call purpose flour

1/4 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspwater
How To Make banana fritters

1In a small bowl, mash the bananas.

2Add all ingredients and mix together.

3In a small frying pan, heat oil over low heat. Drop small spoonfuls of batter into the pan and fry until golden brown. Makes 4 servings, depending on the size of each spoonful of batter.
