1 c

margarine, room temperature

sugar

flour

baking soda

banana extract

How To Make banana bread with two secret's

In a large bowl smash banana's.

Add the baking soda to the banana's and mix well. (this tends to spread the soda more evenly throughout the bread)

Add butter, sugar, eggs and banana extract and beat until mixed.

Add flour and mix until flour in completely moistened. Be careful not to over mix.

Add nuts and stir.

Prepare 2 loaf pans with cooking spray and a light coating of flour or 4 mini loaf pans. Pour batter into pans and bake at 350° degrees for 1 hour.

Remove pans from oven and let them cool. Once cool remove from pans and serve or store. I usually store in either ziploc bags or containers with lids. Enjoy.
