I have used this recipe for over 25 years, and always get compliments on its flavor and moistness. It is from my mom, and have no idea where she got it from.

    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    egg
  • 3
    ripe bananas
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

How To Make banana bread - low fat, moist and good

    PreHeat to oven 350
  • 2
    Grease and flour pan(s) - makes one loaf or 12 muffins.

    Cream sugar and butter
  • 4
    Add all other ingredients. Stir in flour last and slowly to avoid lumps.

    Pour into pan(s).

    If making muffins, you may need to adjust temperature(I drop it to 325 after 25 minutes) And timing is closer to 30-45 minutes.
