I have used this recipe for over 25 years, and always get compliments on its flavor and moistness. It is from my mom, and have no idea where she got it from.

3ripe bananas

2 cflour

1 tspbaking soda
How To Make banana bread - low fat, moist and good

1PreHeat to oven 350

2Grease and flour pan(s) - makes one loaf or 12 muffins.

3Cream sugar and butter

4Add all other ingredients. Stir in flour last and slowly to avoid lumps.

5Pour into pan(s).

6If making muffins, you may need to adjust temperature(I drop it to 325 after 25 minutes) And timing is closer to 30-45 minutes.
