This is by far my all-time favorite banana bread recipe. This produces a deliciously moist and flavorful loaf of banana bread.

Ingredients For banana bread

1 stickbutter, room temperature

1 csugar

2eggs

1 1/2 call-purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

2ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 csour cream

1 tspvanilla

cinnamon sugar to dust pan

1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make banana bread

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease loaf pans (I use cooking spray) and then lightly dust the interior with cinnamon sugar.

3With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, beating well.

4Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend well.

5Add bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.

6Fold in pecans.

7Pour mixture into the prepared pans.

8Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out clean.
