A perfect bread for the fall season. Baking this bread just fills the home completely with scents of heaven and it is so delicious. Warning... Very addicting!

1/3 cbutter

2/3 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1/4 cbuttermilk

3 mdbananas,extra ripe are the best

1 1/4 cflour
-
1 cbran cereal, not flakes

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

3/4 cdried apricots, chopped

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cwalnuts, chopped

1 tsppumpkin pie spices
How To Make apricot-banana bread

1In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.

2In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

3In a small bowl, Combine mashed bananas and buttermilk.

4Combine flour mixture and banana mixture alternately to the creamed mixture. Stir in bran, apricots, and nuts.

5Pour into a greased 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until bread test done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
