    brown sugar

    butter, melted

    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar

    eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make apple cinnamon bread

    Combine the apples, brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, and melted butter. Toss to coat and set aside while you make the batter.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter.

    In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, remaining ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
