My best friend is a great baker and she gave me this recipe. I made it for my family and they just loved it. She said it's also good when you substitute the banana's with either sweet potatoes or canned pumpkin at your different times of the year.

1/3 cbutter or margerine

2eggs

3-4banana's

1/3 cwater

1 2/3 cflour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 cwalnut pieces

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make angie's banana nut bread

1In a bowl mix dry ingredients : Flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder.

2In another bowl mix butter, eggs, water, sugar.

3pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix.

4In Last bowl mash up banana's and add to mix.Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and walnuts and mix.

5Pour mix into a glass bread pan or in a metal pan that's been sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
