Ingredients For aloha quick bread

1/2 cbutter, softened

1 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1 cmashed bananas ( 2 medium)

1/4 cmilk

1 Tbspgrated orange peel

1 tspvanilla

1/2 tspalmond extract

2 call-purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 ccoconut
-
1/2 cchopped nuts
-
1/2 ccrushed pineapple
How To Make aloha quick bread

1In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in banana, milk, orange peel and extracts.

2Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in coconut, nuts and pineapple. Transfer to a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

3Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until tested clean near the center. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a rack.

4Makes 1 loaf.
