Ingredients For vegetable bread

  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 2 c
    green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 can
    buttermilk biscuits, cut into quarters

How To Make vegetable bread

  • 1
    Place biscuits in a large bowl. Pour melted butter over the biscuits.

    Saute the vegetables in small amount of butter.
  • 3
    Mix sauteed vegetables and shredded cheese with biscuits in a large bowl.

    Add seasonings.

    Spray a bundt pan with PAM. Pour mixture into bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
