Ingredients For tex-mex cornbread

2eggs

4 smjalapeno peppers, chopped

2green onions, chopped

1.5 tspsalt

1 Tbspbaking powder

3/4 ccream-style corn
-
1 ccornmeal, yellow
-
1 csour cream
-
1/2 csalad oil
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
How To Make tex-mex cornbread

1Combine all ingredients except cheese...add half the cheese.

2Pour into a well greased 8x12\" pan and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.

3Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
