Ingredients For tex-mex cornbread

  • 2
    eggs
  • 4 sm
    jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • 1.5 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 c
    cream-style corn
  • 1 c
    cornmeal, yellow
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    salad oil
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How To Make tex-mex cornbread

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except cheese...add half the cheese.
  • 2
    Pour into a well greased 8x12\" pan and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
