1 canrefrigerated crusty french loaf or country italian bread

2 Tbspbutter, melted

1/4 tspgarlic salt

1/3 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make stuffed mozzarella garlic bread

1Place bread dough, seam side down, on foil-lined cookie sheet.

2Cut half-inch deep slashes 1-inch apart with sharp knife on top of dough. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic salt together. Brush on top of dough, and insert cheese into each slash.

3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 to 27 minutes or until deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan while still hot, if desired. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
