Ingredients For spinach bread

1italian bread, some bread removed from inside top

2 boxfrozen spinach, defrosted n squeezed dry

3 clovegarlic, chopped

3 Tbspolive oil
-
1 bagshredded mozzerella or an 8 oz pkg mozzerella sliced thin

salt n pepper to taste
How To Make spinach bread

1SAUTE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL FOR A MINUTE THEN ADD SPINACH & ADD 1/2 TSP SALT & 1/4 TSP BLK. PEPPER & CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.

2SPOON SPINACH ONTO SLIGHTLY HOLLOWED TOP OF ITALIAN BREAD SMOOTH TO COVER, THEN TOP WITH MOZZARELLA & COVER WITH BREAD BOTTOM.

3PREHEAT OVEN 350 WRAP SPINACH BREAD IN TIN FOIL BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.

4REMOVE FROM OVEN & WITH A SERRATED KNIFE CUT INTO SLICES THRU FOIL (THIS KEEPS THE INGREDIENTS IN THE BREAD). REMOVE FOIL & ENJOY :)
