Ingredients For spinach bread

  • 1
    italian bread, some bread removed from inside top
  • 2 box
    frozen spinach, defrosted n squeezed dry
  • 3 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 bag
    shredded mozzerella or an 8 oz pkg mozzerella sliced thin
  • salt n pepper to taste

How To Make spinach bread

    SAUTE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL FOR A MINUTE THEN ADD SPINACH & ADD 1/2 TSP SALT & 1/4 TSP BLK. PEPPER & CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.

    SPOON SPINACH ONTO SLIGHTLY HOLLOWED TOP OF ITALIAN BREAD SMOOTH TO COVER, THEN TOP WITH MOZZARELLA & COVER WITH BREAD BOTTOM.

    PREHEAT OVEN 350 WRAP SPINACH BREAD IN TIN FOIL BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.

    REMOVE FROM OVEN & WITH A SERRATED KNIFE CUT INTO SLICES THRU FOIL (THIS KEEPS THE INGREDIENTS IN THE BREAD). REMOVE FOIL & ENJOY :)
