My mom came up with this recipe, by trial and error. This is fantastic. You can use your sourdough starter in this recipe also. I hope you enjoy.......

Ingredients For southwestern bread (machine) / sourdough

1 qtactive sourdough starter (opt) or yeast

1/2 cwater, warm instead of sourdough

1/2 ccottage cheese, creamed

1/4 cgreen chiles chopped

1 tspgrey poupon mustard

1 Tbspbutter, melted

2 cbread flour
-
1 Tbspsugar instead of starter

1 tspsalt instead of starter

2 Tbspparmesan cheese

1 1/2 Tbspyeast (opt) or starter

1 1/2 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated
How To Make southwestern bread (machine) / sourdough

1Put ingredients into machine in this order. Use regular setting for white bread setting. If you use the 1qt starter you will do the bread by hand

2If using sourdough starter do not put ingredients marked instead of. If you do not use starter then put exactly in the order marked except sourdough starter. Enjoy............
